General terms and conditions — MatteFix (Kevin Consulting AB)
1. General
Kevin Consulting AB, company registration no. 559502-8589, Idrottsvägen 7, 236 51 Höllviken (“MatteFix”, “the Company”), provides homework help and private tuition in mathematics to individuals and businesses in Sweden (“the Services”). These general terms and conditions (“the Terms”) apply to all agreements between MatteFix and the customer (“the Customer”). Where the Customer is under 18, the guardian is the contracting party and is responsible for payment.
2. Entering into the agreement
An agreement between the Customer and MatteFix is entered into through the following process: • The Customer submits an expression of interest via the website, email or telephone. • MatteFix contacts the Customer to assess their needs. • MatteFix presents a proposed tutor, arrangement, prices and Terms. • The Customer accepts in writing (“the Agreement Confirmation”). The agreement is binding from the time the Agreement Confirmation has been sent. The Customer must be at least 18 to enter into an agreement. Minors may only use the Services with their guardian's consent.
3. Matching and delivery
MatteFix aims to match the Customer with a competent tutor but does not guarantee a specific timeframe. The tutor contacts the Customer before the first session to agree on a time and place (in person or online).
4. Satisfaction guarantee
If the Customer is not satisfied after the first teaching session, the following is offered: a) a change of tutor, or b) termination of the Agreement without charge for that session. Dissatisfaction must be reported to MatteFix before the next booked session at the latest. If further teaching takes place without objection, the tutor is deemed to have been accepted.
5. Booking, cancellation and rescheduling
A booking refers to a specific teaching session. • Cancellation or rescheduling must take place at least 24 hours before the start. • In the event of later cancellation, the session will be charged in full. • Rescheduling should primarily be arranged directly between the Customer and the tutor. • If MatteFix needs to cancel a session, rescheduling or a replacement tutor will be offered at no additional cost.
6. School holidays
Regular teaching pauses during school holidays unless otherwise agreed. Teaching during holidays takes place only by special agreement.
7. Prices and payment
Current prices are set out in MatteFix's price list and confirmed when the Agreement is entered into. Invoices are issued monthly in arrears. The Customer is invoiced for teaching hours actually delivered during the previous month. Payment terms: 30 days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest will be charged in accordance with the law. Price changes apply only after the Customer has been informed and do not affect Services already delivered.
8. Right of withdrawal and termination
The Services have no minimum contract period. The Customer may terminate the Agreement at any time by emailing mattefixab@gmail.com. For distance contracts, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If the Customer starts using the Service during the withdrawal period, the Customer is deemed to have consented to this and waived the right of withdrawal.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and sent to mattefixab@gmail.com. Consumer rights under the Swedish Consumer Services Act apply.

MatteFix processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR to administer the customer relationship, deliver teaching and manage invoicing and legal obligations.
